Just ask a Patent Attorney

Post  Admin on Sun 20 Feb 2011 - 18:36

The UIA is fortunate to have several very well respected Patent Attorneys and Patent Agents within our membership. If you have a patent question ask it here and our staff will do our best to forward it to one of these UIA members for an answer.

Please keep in mind that many questions have been asked and answered before, so the response you get from the UIA staff may be a link to a previous response to another member.

in our patent apllication 12316672 our first office action is kinda counfusing but we think our claims should be amended to better understand our invention and move away from prior art US,5440,526 I dont see prior art in our invention and this prior art I think we made a mistake in our original claims not intending to use prior art can we amend our claims to better understand our invention but staying away from prior art sitted in first office action and who is best to help us fix this proublem pro bono or any other way because our money is verry limited thank you clark hicks
